How we think about security
A security system has to support the day-to-day running of the business. It must not obstruct employees, suppliers or customers without good reason, yet it has to deal consistently with the points where unauthorised entry, stock loss, vandalism or another serious incident could occur.
That is why we do not recommend the same solution for every site. In some places continuous guard presence is necessary; elsewhere periodic patrols, a technical system or a combination of these may be enough.
Our operating principles
A precise scope of duties
Instead of a general “guarding assignment”, we draw up site instructions covering access control, patrolling, key handling, incident reporting and documentation.
Verifiability
We organise the service so that the client can establish afterwards what happened, what action was taken, and who was notified.
Clear boundaries of responsibility
The contract and the guard instructions set out unambiguously the duties of the provider, the client and the on-site contacts.
