A security service is a relationship of trust: our staff authorise entry, handle keys, check the movement of goods and have access to sensitive information. The documents below set out the framework within which we do this work — what we expect of our own personnel and of our subcontractors, how we supervise the service, and where to turn if you have a complaint.
These are not marketing materials. We publish them because, before awarding an assignment, it is a reasonable expectation to see the rules a security company works by.
